We are a small company with a limited budget and manpower, but we want to deliver a memorable conference with a gala dinner, what support do you offer?
A We are highly experienced at planning conferences combined with gala dinners and awards ceremonies at a very affordable cost. We will provide you with 2 experienced technicians, who will be with you all day to ensure that your event runs seamlessly, and if you want any entertainment, DJ, bands, comedians etc, just ask! 

Q This is the first event that I have organised, but I don’t understand the technology or process, can you help me?
A Don’t get lost in technical terminology, the Xpress Events package includes everything you will need ... it’s all on the van (including back up equipment) it’s that simple ... and we are here to help you make a success of your event.

Q I am being quoted more than double by the company I use. In life, you get what you pay for, is the equipment reliable? How can you do this so cheaply?
A This fixed fee package was designed in-house, in response to our customers needs and with their ultimate success in mind. Using state of the art equipment set up and operated by our own team of professional, qualified technicians. This value-for-money service means that costs are kept to a minimum and the savings are passed on to our customers.

Q I need to spend time with my customers, I can’t worry about technical issues, how much time do I need to devote to dealing with technical staff and staying after event?
A As soon as you book your event with Xpress, you will be contacted by a project manager, who will have established prior to arrival on site, the exact technical requirements. Our skilled technicians will always go that extra step to ensure your event runs perfectly, allowing you the time to relax and spend time with your delegates and colleagues. After your event, our technicians will quickly dismantle and remove the equipment from the venue removing the need for you to stay on site during this process.

Q I need a more sophisticated staging solution than your ‘fixed fee package’, what else can you offer?
